Mark is an assistant professor and practice chair for the Mayo Clinic Department of Family Medicine. He is in his 38th year with Mayo, practicing primarily in Menomonie Wisconsin and Austin Minnesota. He delivered over 1000 babies in his career, all of whom are good looking and above average. He was recently named 2023 Consultant of the Year for Mayo Clinic in Wisconsin. His clinical interest is in addiction medicine and medication management of opioid use disorder.

Larry is a Senior Advisor with the Wisconsin Academy of Family Physicians. He has 27 years of experience in non-profit association management. He has a master’s degree in Healthcare Administration.

Jean Riquelme, MD is a family physician in Waupun, WI. She is previously a faculty member of both University of Wisconsin and the Medical College of Wisconsin.

Leonardo (most people call him Leo) holds a Masters of Design degree of Architecture, and has been a solo practitioner for 8+ years. As a passionate community leader, he serves on the La Crosse County Board, Explore La Crosse Board, and is a co-race director for a half marathon that raises funds for suicide awareness. An avid athlete, Leo has raced Ironman WI, takes local cyclists on biking holidays, and loves spending time with his wife and rescued labradoodles.

Samantha is a current MD candidate/TRIUMPH student at UWSMPH. She is currently serving as the AAFP FMIG Regional Coordinator for the Midwest. She is an aspiring family practice physician who is passionate about eliminating the healthcare disparities in under-served communities.

Erin Morcomb, MD, is a current faculty physician practicing full-spectrum Family Medicine at the La Crosse Mayo Family Medicine Residency program in La Crosse, Wisconsin, where she previously completed her residency training. She earned her medical degree from the University of Minnesota Medical School in the Twin Cities. Her clinical and professional interests include full-spectrum primary care, preventative medicine, resident education and quality initiatives in medicine. She is especially fond of hospital medicine, obstetrics/women's health and geriatrics. Outside of medicine, she enjoys participating in instrumental music performance activities, being involved with the local humane society and with care for rescue animals and is an avid reader.

Zach attended medical school at the University of Wisconsin School of Medicine and Public Health in Madison, WI. Zach is a firm believer that physicians hold an obligation not only to their patients, but to their community. Consequently, he took an extra year to obtain a Master of Public Health in Madison, WI. He focused his graduate research on rural healthcare and the health assessment of rural Wisconsin.

Zach’s professional interests include obstetrics, rural healthcare, epidemiology, public health, and preventative cardiology. In his free time he enjoys playing guitar, training for the American Birkebeiner (50 kilometer cross-country ski marathon in northern WI), being out in the woods, training his bird dog, and spending time with his family. He is very passionate about practicing rural full-scope family medicine, healing our sick healthcare system, and mentoring medical students and residents.

Dr. Shaikh serves as the Program Director of Mercyhealth Family Medicine Residency Program-Janesville. He also oversees the Mercyhealth Hospitalist Fellowship Program at Mercyhealth Hospital and Trauma Center‚ Janesville. Dr. Shaikh also completed a Master of Business Administration degree at Texas Tech University, Lubbock.
