The Wisconsin Academy of Family Physicians-Foundation (WAFP-F) is governed by a constitution and bylaws that were approved by the Board.
Bylaws are adopted by the Board of Directors of the Wisconsin Academy of Family Physicians–Foundation (WAFP–Foundation)
pursuant to authority evidenced in the WAFP–Foundation’s State of Wisconsin Articles of Incorporation, and pursuant to Chapter 181.13, Wisconsin Statutes.
